How do I create an account?

  1. Click the little person/user icon in the top right of our website.
  2. Click the "Create account" link under the "Sign in" button.
  3. Enter your first & last name, email, and a password.
  4.  Click "Create"

You will receive an email asking you to verify your email address. 

Please click the big "Activate your account" button to finalize your account creation.

How do I login to my account?

  1. Click the little person/user icon in the top right of our website.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Click "Sign in" button.

If you don't remember your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link.

You will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password.

How do I reset my password if I forget it?

  1. Click the little person/user icon in the top right of our website.
  2. Click the "Forgot your password?" link.
  3. Check your email and follow the instructions to reset your password.

How do I change my email address?

Currently, only the Peppermint Support team can handle this for you. Please get in touch and we can adjust your account email address for you.

I can an error when logging in, what should I do?

"Incorrect email or password"

This error appears when you try to log in using an e-mail address we don't have on file or when the password connected to the email address is incorrect.

  • Try using a different e-mail address to log in.
  • Double check that Caps Lock and/or Number lock weren't activated while entering as passwords are Case Sensitive.
  • Still not working? You can always reset your password.

"This email address is already associated with an account."

This error appears when you try to create a new account using an e-mail address that already exists in our system. Only one account can be created per e-mail address.

  • Try signing in instead of creating a new account.
  • Or, Create a new account with a different email address - we can always merge them later.
