    Geripptes Duplex-Set

    Die Vorlage waren gerippte Pastelltöne mit einem winzigen Monogramm. Hier Juwelentöne, halb gerippt.

    Notecards for Print Peppermint design exercise with a fan of 6 folded notecards a6, each duplexed: a ribbed-embossed face in colorplan cobalt, emerald, mulberry, amber, slate, claret bonded to a smooth cream ; the ribbing covers the right half only, with a tiny blind-debossed monogram "em" at the seam.

    Two rules

    1. 01Keep the move, change the ground. The ref was ribbed pastels with a tiny monogram. Here jewel tones, half-ribbed.
    2. 02One finish does the talking. One primary finish carries the piece; type and stock stay quiet around it.
