Notitie van de studio

Materica is made with mineral fibres and has the dry, matte surface of bisque ware, so the stock already looks like clay before we add anything. The copper foil and the blind seal each have one job, so neither drowns out the other. Run a thumb across the front and you feel the seal rise out of the clay-coloured sheet, like the stamp on the foot of a bowl.
