Paper & Production
- Silk Laminate: Bright white with smooth matte lamination. Handles intricate cuts cleanly and shows full-color graphics vibrantly.
- Soft Touch: Bright white with velvety soft-touch lamination. Resists fingerprints, feels like suede. Beautiful with minimal designs.
- Cotton: 100% cotton fiber, warm off-white, uncoated. Soft, tactile, and absorbent. Best for: minimal designs, foil accents, organic shapes.

File Requirements
- Print-ready PDF, AI, or EPS with outlined fonts
- 300 DPI minimum, CMYK color mode
- 0.125" bleed on all sides
- Die line must be included as a separate vector path (stroke only, no fill) on its own layer
- Die line should extend 0.125" beyond the trim edge
- Avoid floating pieces (elements not connected to the main card body)
- Minimum bridge width: 3mm between cut elements
About Custom Die Cutting
We can cut any shape you can draw — arches, silhouettes, logo outlines, organic forms, interior cutouts. Standard die cutting for bold shapes; laser cutting for intricate detail (we choose the best method for your design).
Interior cutouts (windows, holes, pattern perforations) are included at no extra charge. Multi-layer cutout cards (triplex with top-layer windows revealing a colored middle layer) require a custom quote — use the "Need something we haven't covered?" section below.

How much does a custom die cost?
The die cost is included in the price of your first order. Reorders that reuse the same shape don't pay for the die again.
What shapes can you die-cut?
Any shape up to 3.5 × 3.5 in — logo outlines, silhouettes, organic curves, geometric patterns and interior cutouts are all supported.
Can I reuse my die for future orders?
Yes. Custom dies are steel tools built to last, so a reorder that keeps the same shape skips the tooling step.
Can you add foil or spot UV to a die-cut card?
Yes — a foil accent and spot UV are both available as add-ons on custom die-cut cards.
How much do custom die-cut business cards cost?
On 16pt silk: 215 USD for 250, 280 USD for 500, 390 USD for 1,000. Thicker stock, a second paper or an add-on changes the total, and the configurator shows it live.
How long do custom die-cut cards take?
About 3 weeks after proof approval (estimate). The die, the cut and the finishing set the pace. Your design proof is free and checked by a person.
