The story
Gmund Leather, now officially called Gmund Heather, carries a grain taken from real hide, so the first touch fools almost everyone. Ten rich dyed colours from Snow and Alabaster to Peacock, Lipstick and Coal sit alongside two metallics, Coin and Silver. The grain gives foil and blind deboss a crafted, saddlery feel, while large flat foil areas need a test because the texture can show through. It is a favourite for menus, folders and cards for fashion, whisky and leather goods brands.
