Bright gold foil
A mirror-polished gold that behaves like a reflection rather than a colour, it changes as the card moves. The default answer when a brief says 'gold foil' and nothing else.
We run this finish across KURZ, Crown Roll Leaf, Great Western and CHENHUI. Which roll your job is stamped with depends on the stock, the smallest detail in the artwork and the run length, the exact product code is confirmed on your quote.
Best for
- Monograms and wordmarks
- Wedding suites
- Dark and dyed-through stock
Watch out for
- On very light stock a full bright gold can read brassy, pale gold is usually the better call.
Premium vs value, honestly
We compare a stamped sample on your chosen stock. Adhesion, detail and reflection matter as much as colour, so two similar foils are not automatically interchangeable.
Confirmed rolls in this finish

Will your logo hold in foil?
Fine detail survives foil: lines hold to 0.1 mm; we design to 0.15 mm with gaps around 0.25 mm. We adjust only below-floor details and preserve your mark.
