A logo with a swirl, in raised thread
Our pinwheel-leaf mark in black 3D puff embroidery on a heather-grey six-panel snapback, black flat brim, kelly-green undervisor.

The idea
Embroidery is the one process where our usual rules invert. On paper you thin a line until it's elegant; in thread you thicken it until it survives.
Three rules
- 01Puff only where it earns it. Foam under the leaf outline and the outer blades; flat satin in the swirl centre. The mark reads raised without losing its geometry.
- 02Stitch direction per blade. Rotated the satin angle blade by blade so each one catches light differently. That's what makes the pinwheel turn.
- 03Black on heather, not white. Black thread. It holds against the slub and against the black brim it reads as one system.
Why we made it
This cap is in the sample pack for that reason. It shows a customer what happens to a delicate mark when the medium is 40 stitches per centimetre.
