Ein völlig mattes Schwarz ohne jeden Glanz, damit nichts mit dem Weiß konkurriert. Weiße DRUCKFARBE ist hier keine Option: Offset- und Letterpress-Farben sind lasierend und wirken auf einem satten Bogen grau. Eine deckende weiße Pigmentfolie liegt dagegen obenauf und bleibt weiß. Der Karton ist durchgefärbt, sodass eine gestanzte Öffnung oder eine beschnittene Kante schwarz bleibt und keinen hellen Kern zeigt.
