Después del uso: Built to be recycled as polyethylene. In the US, all-PE flexible packaging can carry the How2Recycle Store Drop-off label (store drop-off, not the kerbside bin). In the EU, the new packaging regulation grades every pack on design for recycling from 2030, and single-material films are where it's heading. We only print a recyclable, compostable or food-contact claim when the film or carton maker has certified that exact structure. Ask for the certificate before the artwork is final.

Aspecto y tacto

Satinada, algo más suave y flexible que una bolsa laminada. Los cierres se ven ligeramente translúcidos. Se pliega donde una bolsa de PET se mantiene firme.

Impresión sobre él

Impreso en el reverso de una película de polietileno orientado. El registro es algo más difícil de mantener, así que el color plano y las formas sencillas son la opción segura.

Barrera y vida útil

El polietileno simple deja pasar el oxígeno. Las versiones para café añaden una capa barrera muy fina. Prueba la vida útil antes de comprometerte con una tirada.

Tamaños de tirada

Las bolsas con impresión digital empiezan en unas 500 por diseño. Las bolsas impresas con cilindros (rotograbado) tienen sentido a partir de unas 10.000 por diseño. Por debajo de 500, una bolsa de stock con etiqueta impresa o con foil es la opción más limpia, y la etiqueta es donde el foil, la impresión tipográfica y el bajorrelieve funcionan de verdad.
