Unofficial homage to RiFF RAFF ↗Iced-out business cards for RiFF RAFF
A design exploration: five business cards we imagined for RiFF RAFF, on Fedrigoni Constellation Jade pearlescent paper. A holographic foil grill; a duplex pendant card with a punched hole and a chain-link foil border; edge-to-edge raised glitter; icy-blue foil with raised clear drips; and triplex cards with holographic edge foil. An unofficial homage: we haven't worked with RiFF RAFF, and these are our own concept cards.

A ideia
If the man in the ice palace handed you a business card, it should be iced out too.

Tip-toeing back into the feed
In 2014 RiFF RAFF released “Tip Toe Wing In My Jawwdinz”, a single from his debut album Neon Icon, with a video shot in an ice palace: a frozen throne, white fur, frosted branches and enough sparkle to blind a camera.
Twelve years later it is everywhere again. In late August 2026 an AI clip of a Rumpelstiltskin-style imp dancing in a heap of straw started circulating; by the end of September people had set it to the song, and the “tip toeing in my Jordans” meme took over TikTok and X. NBC News called it the AI meme that is freaking out much of the internet.
We print business cards for a living, so we asked the only sensible question: if the man in the ice palace handed you a card, what would it look like? These are five we dreamed up. This is an unofficial design exploration and an homage. We haven't worked with RiFF RAFF, and he hasn't seen or approved any of it. Everything below can really be printed.

The Grill: a smile in holographic foil
Wanted: A card that grins back at you, iced the way the grills are.
Constraint: Fine foil detail breaks up on a deep emboss, and Constellation Jade's swirl texture is embossed into the sheet.
We chose: Silver holographic foil teeth over icy-blue lips, stamped on the smooth reverse of the sheet so every tooth edge stays crisp. The name goes underneath in blackletter, also in foil.
The Pendant: a business card you can wear
Wanted: A card that hangs off a chain like the pieces in the video.
Constraint: A punched hole near the edge of a single sheet tears the first time someone tugs it.
We chose: Two sheets laminated together (duplex) for strength, a clean round punch at the top and a chain-link border in holographic foil, so the printed chain carries on from the real one.
Pavé: edge-to-edge sparkle
Wanted: A card that looks set with stones, corner to corner.
Constraint: Raised glitter coating needs a smooth, coated surface to sit up evenly; on a deep texture it pools in the valleys.
We chose: A raised clear coating with glitter flooded across the smooth side, with the name knocked out in mirror silver foil so it reads through the sparkle.
The Drip: ice that never melts
Wanted: Lettering that looks like it's melting off the card.
Constraint: Foil and a raised clear coating can't go down in the same pass, and the drips have to line up with the letters they hang from.
We chose: Icy-blue foil for the name, then a second pass of thick raised clear coating for the drips, overlapping the bottom of each letter slightly so they read as one piece.
Iced Edges: the card you see from the side
Wanted: Bling you notice before the card is even face up.
Constraint: Edge foil needs a thick, firm edge to grip, and a single sheet is too thin to show it.
We chose: Three sheets laminated together (triplex, about 1,050 gsm), edges sanded flat and stamped in holographic foil. Face up it's quiet; on its side it's a rainbow.
The paper: Fedrigoni Constellation Jade
Everything sits on Constellation Jade from the Italian mill Fedrigoni: a pearlescent paper with a soft, icy sheen, embossed with a texture on one side. We picked the E36 Riccio emboss, a baroque swirl that looks like frost on a window, and kept the smooth reverse for the fine foil work.
Constellation Jade comes in several textures (Raster, Silk, Riccio, Intreccio, Metal, Moon) and in 115, 215 and 350 gsm. For business cards we use the 350, alone or laminated into duplex and triplex.
Como fizemos o filme
The look comes straight from the 2014 video: the ice palace, white fur, frosted branches, fluorescent tubes and a steel-blue grade. We studied stills from the original before building a single frame, then made our own set rather than copying any shot.
The cards, scenes and motion are made with AI, and so is the track: an original, deliberately trashy trap song written for this film. It doesn't use the original song, its lyrics or anyone's voice. The techniques are real: holographic and mirror foil, raised clear and glitter coatings, duplex and triplex lamination, punching and edge foil are all things we make every week.
Make your own
You don't need a throne to want a card like this. Send us your name, your look and how loud you want it, and we'll find the paper and the finish.

Perguntas
- What are iced-out business cards?
- Business cards finished to look like jewellery: holographic or mirror foil, raised glitter, raised clear “drips”, chain borders and foil on the edges, usually on a pearlescent or very thick paper. Pick one or two effects; all five at once is a costume.
- Can you put holographic foil on business cards?
- Yes. Holographic foil is hot-stamped like gold or silver foil and throws a rainbow as the card moves. It holds the most detail on a smooth surface, so on textured paper we put fine artwork on the smooth side or choose a lighter texture.
- What is Fedrigoni Constellation Jade?
- A pearlescent paper from the Italian mill Fedrigoni with a soft, icy sheen and an embossed texture on one side. It comes in textures such as Raster, Silk, Riccio, Intreccio, Metal and Moon, in 115, 215 and 350 gsm.
- Can you foil the edges of a business card?
- Yes. Edge foil needs a thick, firm edge, so it works best on duplex or triplex cards. The edges are sanded flat and stamped, and rounded corners are fine.
- What is the “tip toeing in my Jordans” meme?
- An AI-generated clip of a Rumpelstiltskin-style imp dancing in a heap of straw, first posted on Instagram in late August 2026 and set to RiFF RAFF's 2014 song “Tip Toe Wing In My Jawwdinz”. It went viral on TikTok and X from late September 2026.
- Is this an official RiFF RAFF design?
- No. It's an unofficial design exploration and homage. We're not affiliated with RiFF RAFF and he didn't commission or approve these cards. The cards, scenes and song in the film are made with AI.
- Can I order cards like these?
- Yes. Every technique shown is real. Order a sample pack, start a quote or book a design consultation and we'll build yours.
