CHENHUI Solid Colour Pigment
The core opaque pigment set: white, red, green, blue, grey and two blacks. Small chart, heavy use. The white is the answer to light type on a dark uncoated sheet, which is the single most common thing a translucent ink cannot do.
10 colours · Gloss pigment
Opaque film: the colour sits on top of the sheet and reads as drawn, including light colours on dark stock. This is the group to reach for when translucent ink would sink.

When to specify this
Opaque pigment foil is what you specify for light or white type on dark or coloured stock. It lays a solid, fully opaque layer on the sheet — unlike white ink or white letterpress, which are translucent and go grey and patchy over a dark stock. A white pigment foil is a white FOIL STAMP, and that is what it should be called on a spec.
Pigment colours here are photographed off the vendor's own stamped card, so they carry camera and screen shift. We match to the physical chip on your job before anything goes on press.
Stamped on CHENHUI’s own test card
Opaque ivory pigment film — a custom roll Chenhui ran for us. Reads as warm off-white on dark stock, where a translucent ink would vanish. Not a chart colour: re-ordering means re-ordering the roll, so quote lead time accordingly.
