Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

We may receive information about you from third-party services we use, such as analytics providers or payment processors, as described below.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

• Fulfill and manage your orders, including processing payments, arranging production and shipping, and sending order confirmations and status updates.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our Site. We use cookies for:

Essential cookies

Required for the Site to function, including session management, authentication, and shopping cart functionality.

Analytics cookies

Help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. These may be provided by third-party analytics services.

Preference cookies

Remember your settings and choices, such as your region or previously viewed products.

Advertising measurement: if you accept marketing cookies, we share measurement data with Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 so we can tell which of our ads lead to quote requests, bookings and orders. This includes the ad click identifier and campaign details from the link you arrived on, and, when you submit a form or place an order, a hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address for Google's enhanced conversions. We don't use this data for retargeting. You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Settings in the site footer.

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Site from functioning correctly. For more information about cookies and how to manage them, visit allaboutcookies.org.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Order records are retained for bookkeeping and tax compliance purposes. If you request deletion of your account and personal information, we will comply unless we are required by law to retain certain data.
