You see your own artwork as a production simulation, matched to our papers, inks and foils. When it helps, we show you real materials on camera: Pantone books, foil swatches and papers, in more than one light. And you can hold our foils and papers yourself with the $8 sample kit.

A designer builds your print-ready files and a digital PDF proof. Nothing prints until you approve it. For Pantone colours, we pick the swatch on your actual paper and send you photos to approve.

1. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, with photos.
2. Send the pieces back; the return address is on the card in your box, or we’ll email it.
3. We compare them with the sample we keep from your run and talk it through with you, usually on a quick call.
4. We reprint with the fixes we agreed, at no charge.
