Overall printing quality is great! The only issue I had is the team needs to be a bit more detailed oriented. I had requested an all letterpress wedding invitation and they only did part of the letterpress which was super disappointing considering we didn't have time to reprint since the invitations had to be sent out at a certain time. They did refund part of the order but still bummed out that the product wasn't produced as originally intended.

This company makes amazing cards! I got extremely thick cards with blind emboss and foil and every time I hand them out, I get compliments. I also introduced my boyfriend to this company and he got his cards here too. I am in a luxury market and he is in real estate development and both of the cards worked for us perfectly. The only downside is that both my order and my boyfriends order came late. I had to have mine shipped overnight to a trade show in order to get them on time and my boyfriends came about a month late. Beautiful cards, but I would suggest ordering them way before you actually need them to guarantee you get them in time.

I've been using this company for years - in fact nearly 5 years. Every job I've sent, the product comes to me BETTER then I expect. I love that they reach out and double check work in a timely matter. I really wish more companies were like Print Peppermint. I genuinely have no complaints.

Poor quality prints. Off center

Ordered our company's business cards through Peppermint and the soft touch and spot gloss were PERFECT. Really impressed with their color quality and paper stock choices.

While your products and delivery is great, your website it rather hard to navigate and not user friendly. I had many questions on regards to foiling and felt as if I had to jump through hoops to get the answers and be able to watch the correct tutorial. Customer service was very helpful and always a fast response. Only reason why I gave a 3 star was the usability aspect. I also wish to see this go larger for wholesale pricing with businesses rather retail. If this was an option or possible you would make a lot of money with the company I am at. We do stuff like this alot but it is hard to find a good quality company with the key aspects you have. Thank you for your time and great service otherwise. :)

Receive a pack of sample business cards and loved the options. Didn't end up ordering, but would be comfortable doing so in the future.
