The calligraphy carved into wood instead of pressed into cotton. Laser engraves your monogram at depth, so the hairlines stay clear and the overlapping curves sit naturally into the grain. Wood feels different in the hand—warm, lasting, unexpected. Walnut stock and espresso engraving are nearly the same value, so the mark reads as depth and shadow, not contrast.
