Product box questions
What sizes do the product boxes come in?
Three standard reverse tuck sizes: 2 x 2 x 5 in for serums, droppers and small tins; 3 x 3 x 4 in for 8 oz candles, jars and mugs; and 4 x 2.5 x 7 in for tea and coffee tins, gift sets and soap. Other sizes are a custom quote.
How do I set up my artwork?
We send a dieline template for your size after you order. Place your artwork on it, mark the foil on its own layer, and a person checks it before your free proof.
Which foil colours can I choose?
Gold, silver, rose gold, copper, black and white. Black foil isn't offered on black board because it disappears.
What does soft-touch add?
Soft-touch replaces the matte coat with a velvety laminate that makes the box feel heavier in the hand. It adds 15% to the box price.
How long do product boxes take?
Production is an estimate, not a promise: we confirm a ship window with your proof. Free shipping within the continental US.
Can I reorder the same box later?
Yes. We keep your dieline and proof on file, so a reorder at the same size and artwork goes straight to production after a quick check. If you're not happy, we reprint.
