Cultivate wonder
A ringed-planet mark and wordmark in specialty geometric-pattern holographic rainbow hot foil on pearlized paper.

The idea
The back says 'Cultivate Wonder', and the card does it: you tilt it and the planet changes colour.
Two rules
- 01A foil that moves. A specialty geometric-pattern holographic rainbow hot foil, which splits light into colour that shifts with the viewing angle.
- 02A sheet that shimmers too. Pearlized paper, so the sheet glows softly while the foil supplies the moving colour.
Start from these materials
Same paper, foil and finish, locked in — nothing of AP Shrewsbury's artwork comes with it.
Questions
- What is holographic foil?
- A foil with a microscopic pattern that diffracts light into a rainbow, so the colour shifts as the card moves.
- Does holographic foil work on shimmer paper?
- Yes. The pearlescent sheet glows softly and the holographic foil provides the colour shift, so the two effects support each other.
- Can small text be printed in holographic foil?
- It can, but the rainbow effect reads best on larger shapes. Short lines like a tagline work well.
