Business-cards for High Brow Social Club with rose-gold foil stamping, white stock, black ink and two-sided.

    The idea

High Brow Social Club is an inclusive beauty salon, cosmetics boutique, tattoo studio and creative collective in downtown Vancouver, Washington, offering brow waxing, microblading, lash lifts and more.

    Two rules

    1. 01One card for the team. A single shared card with each stylist's name and speciality on the back, so any of them can hand it out.
    2. 02Foil for the names. Rose-gold foil script for each name, with the role in small black capitals beneath.

    Why it works

Clients see the whole team on one card. Each stylist's name is in foil, and the salon only needs one print run.

    Start from these materials

Same paper, foil and finish, locked in — nothing of High Brow Social Club's artwork comes with it.

    Questions

Should a salon have one card or one per stylist?
A shared team card is cheaper and keeps everyone visible. Per-stylist cards suit booth-rental salons.
Can script names be foil stamped?
Yes. Very thin strokes can fill in, so we check the finest parts of the script at proof.
What foil suits a beauty brand?
Rose gold is popular because it's warm and reads well on white and blush stocks.
