A lens that catches light
Card for MDM Photography: a camera-lens mark of broken black rings around a black roundel, with the roundel coated in raised high gloss, on bright white, and a reverse with crop-mark corners, a QR code and the photographer's details.

The idea
MDM Photography covers weddings, events and portraits. The card shown is for Dario M., who calls himself a Memory Crafter.
Two rules
- 01Gloss like glass. Raised high-gloss coating on the black roundel, so it reflects like a lens element.
- 02Crop marks as a frame. Corner crop marks framing the details, like a viewfinder.
Why it works
Both sides refer to the camera: the glossy lens on the front and the viewfinder frame on the back.
Start from these materials
Same paper, foil and finish, locked in — nothing of MDM Photography's artwork comes with it.
