How it behaves in production
- Fluted board — the cut edge shows the corrugation. Used for carriers, shippers and trays.
- Unbleached and fibrous: printed colour shifts warm and never reads as clean as it would on white board.
- One or two flat inks only. Never render as slick or coated.
Common questions
- Is Kraft corrugated E-flute dyed through?
- No. Kraft corrugated E-flute is not a dyed-through sheet, so a cut edge will not match the printed face. If you need a coloured edge on this stock we add painted edging as a separate operation.
- Can you letterpress on Kraft corrugated E-flute?
- We do not recommend letterpress on Kraft corrugated E-flute. For light type on this stock we use foil stamping instead, which is opaque and sits cleanly on the surface.
- What weights do you stock Kraft corrugated E-flute in?
- 450 gsm. Heavier weights can usually be duplexed to order — ask and we will confirm before quoting.
- Can I see it before I order?
- Yes, and you should. Screens flatten texture and shift colour. We send physical samples of any stock in this directory before you commit.
